Refund policy

1. No refunds — general position

hackr.gg does not issue refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. This is a digital product — access to content and lab environments is granted immediately upon payment, and value is delivered from the moment of purchase.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. If you do not agree, do not subscribe.

2. Beta period

hackr.gg is currently in beta. The Platform is live and accepting paying subscribers while still under active development. During the beta period, features may be incomplete, labs may be broken or unavailable, and content may be missing or change without notice.

No refund will be issued on the basis of beta-related issues — including but not limited to: incomplete content, broken labs, downtime, missing features, or changes to the Platform. By subscribing during the beta period you explicitly accept these conditions.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged again.

Monthly subscribers retain full Pro access until the end of their current month. Annual subscribers retain full Pro access until the end of their current year.

No partial or pro-rated refund is issued for any unused portion of a paid period.

4. Billing errors

The only circumstance under which we will issue a refund is a confirmed billing error on our part — for example, a duplicate charge for the same billing period. If this happens, contact us at billing@hackr.gg and we will correct it in full.

5. Service outages & downtime

We do not issue refunds or credits for downtime, maintenance windows, degraded performance, or any interruption of service — planned or unplanned.

6. Platform closure

In the unlikely event that hackr.gg permanently shuts down, all active subscriptions will be cancelled immediately with no further billing. No refund will be issued for any remaining portion of a paid period. We will provide at least 30 days' notice where operationally possible.

7. Abuse & policy violations

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service — including misuse of lab environments, attacking external systems, or any illegal activity — no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently ban your account, contest the chargeback with your bank, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.
